After the lubricating grease moves in the bearing, let us understand that the bearing lubricating grease should not be too much. Lubricating grease is not only wasteful but also harmful. The higher the speed of the bearing, the greater the danger. The more lubricating grease is filled, the greater the friction torque and the same amount of filling. The friction torque of the sealed bearing is larger than that of the developed bearing. After the amount of bearing grease is equivalent to 60% of the internal space volume of the bearing, the friction torque is no longer significantly increased. This is due to the fact that most of the lubricating grease in the open real bearing has been squeezed out, and the grease in the sealed bearing has also been lost. With the increase in the amount of lubricating grease filling, the bearing temperature rises linearly. With the same amount of filling, the temperature rise of sealed bearings is higher than that of open bearings.

It is generally accepted that the grease filling capacity of sealed rolling bearings does not exceed 50% of the internal space. Shaw and Mokhtar's tests show that ball bearings are most suitable for 20%-30%, of course, in order to determine the optimum amount of grease filling Taking into account other factors, such as the harsh environment of the environment, can be filled with some oil, so as to have a better protection status.
