525 pump large-scale chemical pump trial success

Recently, Hubei Xiangfan Wuwuwu Pump Industry Co., Ltd. successfully produced a large-diameter, large-flow LHZ1500 vertical chemical axial-flow submerged pump. Its technology has become a domestic advanced level in the industry.

The total height of the pump is 8 meters, the underwater depth is 3 meters, the outlet pipe diameter is 1.6 meters, the flow rate is 13,000 cubic meters per hour, and the head is 1.4 meters. After testing, the pump was operating normally and all performance indicators met the design requirements. The pump is the latest product of the LHZ series pump of Xiangfan Wuwu Pump Co., Ltd. It can be used as a low-level flash evaporation evaporation pump of phosphoric acid slurry in the phosphate compound fertilizer industry, in the large-scale production of wet process phosphoric acid represented by the flash evaporation process. Widely used, thus changing the current domestic large-scale chemical plant industrial axial flow pumps rely mainly on imports of the situation. At present, this new type of pump has been put into mass production.
